　　Automobile consumption is divided into two major parts: car purchase and car use, the former encourages consumers to buy cars, the form of expression and results are more intuitive, so it is also concerned and promoted by experts and relevant departments, and most of the current plans and measures to save the car market are also to encourage consumers to loosen their pockets to buy cars. In contrast, because the work involved in the use of cars is relatively fragmented and huge, the performance of improving the auto market is not as intuitive as buying a car, so it does not receive much attention. But I think that encouraging consumers to dare to buy cars is inseparable from the improvement of the car environment; A broader and more powerful boost to the car market is inseparable from improving the car environment. In other words, under the current market road, it is more important to improve the car environment than to introduce policies to encourage consumers to buy cars.

This is the biggest headache for traffic management departments, but there are solutions to it, such as strictly controlling the private use of buses, imitating foreign restrictions on empty vehicles (cars with only one driver), and restrictions on traffic in some key areas that have been implemented in some cities in China. To solve this problem, it is not so much the great wisdom of city managers that it is necessary to have their great courage.
