The deformation of car horns can lead to abnormal wear of the front wheels, poor directional return, easy damage to wheel bearings, and abnormal body noise. The steering knuckle arm of a car, commonly known as a sheep horn, is one of the main components in the car steering system. It can ensure stable driving of the car and sensitively transmit the direction of travel. Its function is to bear the front load of the car, support and drive the front wheels to rotate around the main pin to turn the car. In the driving state of a car, it is subjected to varying impact loads, therefore, it is required to have high strength. The steering knuckle is a hinge for turning the wheels, usually in a fork shape. The upper and lower forks have two coaxial holes for installing the main pin, and the steering knuckle journal is used to install the wheels. The two ears of the pin hole on the steering knuckle are connected to the fist shaped parts at both ends of the front axle through the main pin, allowing the front wheels to deflect a certain angle around the main pin and turn the car. In order to reduce wear, a bronze liner is pressed into the steering knuckle pin hole, and the lubrication of the liner is injected with grease through an oil nozzle installed on the steering knuckle. To make the steering flexible, bearings are installed between the lower ear of the steering knuckle and the front axle fist shaped part.
